As life unfolds, it can present a series of challenges. Whether you're navigating a change at work, contemplating a move, managing illness, adjusting to aging, or coping with the loss of a partner or loved one, life can sometimes feel overwhelming. This small-group experience is designed to provide a supportive space for connection, reflection, and growth. Together, we will explore themes such as loneliness, fear, uncertainty, hope, and resilience while learning practical tools to help you navigate life's transitions and feel more connected along the way. This is a four-part group series. Participants are asked to commit to attending all four sessions, as consistency helps build trust, connection, and a meaningful group experience. To help create a safe and supportive group environment: - Prior to joining, each participant will meet with Tannis for a brief individual consultation (virtual or in person at RiverLines) to ensure the group suits their needs (complimentary) - Confidentiality agreements will be provided and signed before the first session. - All discussions within the group are confidential and should not be shared outside of the group. If participants connect with one another outside of the group setting, this should be disclosed to the group.

The Breathwork technique is a version of Conscious Connected Breathwork. It is a breathing pattern in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale, without any pauses between the breaths. This cyclical breathing floods the body with oxygen and energy, with both physical and emotional benefits. It is a powerful and safe way to reach a deep connection to our bodies and our minds. During the session past trauma, memories, pain and experiences which are stored in our cells may come up. We place a high importance on creating a safe space filled with vulnerability and compassion so each individual can feel supported throughout their experience. We invite you to give yourself permission to release the things that are holding you back in all areas of your life. $50 for the 1.5-2hr session
