Are you experiencing Pelvic pain? Whether you have pain/discomfort pre/post natal, with intercourse or you have weakness, incontinence or overactivity, this treatment will help you. You will start by filling out a Pelvic Health Questionnaire. After assessment and massage, you will be given a series of exercises based on your pelvic health. If you are suffering from diastasis recti, you will also be assessed, massaged and given diastasis recti safe exercises.
