Sabrina graduated with honours in Massage Therapy and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University and serves as a Board Member with the Canadian Contemporary Acupuncture Association, helping to organize educational events that support contemporary medical acupuncture providers across Canada.
Before becoming an RMT, Sabrina worked as a fitness trainer, dance instructor, and group fitness leader. She took additional training to provide condition-specific exercise including programming for people with Parkinson's disease. This diverse background continues to shape her functional and movement-based approach to care.
Her personal experiences with injury and trauma deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and its role in chronic pain, recovery, and overall well-being. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career in therapy, where she could combine her passion for movement, health, and helping others.
She believes that education is an important part of the healing process and works closely with patients to develop individualized strategies that may include movement, exercise, stretching, and stress management techniques to support long-term health and resilience. Sabrina also offers therapeutic-focused Mat and reformer Pilates in the clinic.
In addition to her therapeutic work, Sabrina is passionate about education and mentorship. She serves as an Educator of Massage Therapy at Trillium College and actively supports continuing education initiatives within the contemporary medical acupuncture community.
Committed to lifelong learning, Sabrina regularly attends evidence-based seminars and pursues ongoing professional development to ensure her patients receive informed, up-to-date care.
Beyond her professional life, Sabrina cherishes time spent with her family and her special needs dog, Benny. Passionate about health and wellness both personally and professionally, she enjoys Pilates, weightlifting, and Muay Thai, as well as incorporating sauna and cold plunge therapy into her own self-care routine. She values a balanced life grounded in faith, family, community, and meaningful connection.

Stretch Therapy sessions are designed to support and complement your massage therapy treatment plan with your RMT. These sessions reduce muscle tension, pain and promote greater mobility with the use of a percussive therapy gun and cupping followed by specific stretches and joint mobilizations based on your unique needs. Stretch Therapy not only enhances the benefits of massage but also serves as an effective way to maintain progress between your full treatments. It is recommended to wear comfortable athletic clothing (ie: shorts and tank top or t-shirt) for this treatment.

Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized manual therapy technique designed to encourage healthy lymphatic circulation and assist with the movement of excess superficial fluid. While well known for its body-contouring effects, this treatment can also be incorporated into clinical care to help manage temporary swelling and fluid retention associated with post-surgical recovery (with medical clearance), injury, inflammation, reduced mobility, hormonal changes, prolonged travel, and certain medications that contribute to fluid retention. Using precise, rhythmic techniques, treatment is tailored to each individual's needs and may help reduce puffiness, improve comfort, promote a feeling of lightness, and enhance body contours by addressing excess fluid, not fat. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Sabrina's approach is assessment-based and integrates sound clinical reasoning to determine whether Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage is appropriate for your presentation. While many clients notice immediate changes in swelling and contour, results vary depending on the underlying cause of the fluid retention. This treatment is intended to support healthy lymphatic function and is NOT a weight-loss or fat-reduction treatment.

Reconnect with your body through gentle, mindful movement in this somatic-based session. Guided by breath and awareness, you’ll explore slow, intentional exercises designed to release stored tension, improve mobility, and restore a sense of ease in both body and mind. This class is about listening inward rather than pushing outward — helping you notice where your body holds stress, and offering simple tools to let go and move with greater freedom. This class invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience the power of movement as medicine.
