This is especially beneficial for people who have circulation problems or are at risk for blood clots. 2. Reduced swelling: Compression socks can also help reduce swelling in the legs by preventing fluid buildup. This can be especially helpful for people who spend a lot of time on their feet, such as athletes or people who work in jobs that require standing for long periods. 3. Reduced muscle soreness and improve athletic performance: Compression socks can help reduce muscle soreness and fatigue by improving oxygen delivery and removing waste products from the muscles. This can be especially helpful for athletes or people who engage in intense physical activity. 4. Reduced risk of injury: Compression socks can help reduce the risk of injury by providing support to the muscles and joints. This can be especially helpful for people with existing injuries or conditions, such as arthritis or plantar fasciitis. 5. Improved recovery: Compression socks can also help improve recovery time after exercise or injury by reducing inflammation and promoting the healing process.
