This weekly, drop in Pet Loss Grief Group offers a supportive, compassionate space for anyone grieving the loss of a beloved pet or anticipating the loss of a pet. No matter how much time has passed, you are welcome - grief has no timeline. The Single Mothers Therapy Group is a 4-week closed virtual support group designed to offer connection, encouragement, and practical support for mothers navigating parenting on their own. This group provides a safe and compassionate space for single mothers to share experiences, reflect, and build tools for managing stress and emotional overwhelm. This biweekly women's group designed to help reduce stress and anxiety using evidence-based Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Connect with a supportive group of women while learning practical skills grounded in mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based living.
