Your Kinesiologists will begin to create and teach your home exercise program based on your performance goals and health needs. Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
