Family session

This live, online session allows us to work together in real time, supporting the family as a whole, one adult, or up to two children. We focus on what is most needed in the moment—whether that’s an individual or a relational dynamic—while still holding the broader family system in awareness. One family member may act as surrogate for the entire session or Family members may join the call as needed,. This session is ideal for: addressing a specific concern within the family supporting one member while considering the wider dynamic ongoing, real-time support and connection
