Clinical Hypnotherapy Session
A gentle, evidence‑informed hypnotherapy session designed to support relaxation, emotional regulation, stress reduction, and improved coping. Clinical hypnotherapy uses guided focus and therapeutic suggestion to help clients access a calmer state of mind and strengthen their ability to manage anxiety, grief, overwhelm, and other emotional challenges.
This service is appropriate for clients seeking support with stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, confidence building, or emotional stabilization. All sessions are conducted in a safe, collaborative, client‑centred manner with informed consent.
This appointment is 60 minutes and billed at Elevate’s standard counselling rate. Extended health benefits may apply.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
