This first session includes a comprehensive intake, assessment, and collaborative goal‑setting process. We review your history, current concerns, and the changes you’re hoping to make. Together, we create a clear therapeutic plan tailored to your needs. This appointment includes space for questions, safety planning if needed, and an introduction to the therapeutic approaches we may use moving forward.
