Ages: Birth to 18. An initial assessment will include a thorough examination and discussion of health history, treatment and a detailed plan of action for further care, diagnosis and prognosis (45 minutes).
Followed by 30 minutes of individualized home programming and activity recommendations that will be compiled and sent to you after your appointment via email.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
