This is a shadow delve, meaning we are exploring what is hidden, to reveal and shine the light of our awareness. This is ideal for clients who are on a healing journey. Crystal will "tune in" to each Chakra during the treatment, sounding each chakra via Crystal Singing bowls, voice and other instruments that represent the basic elements. She will intuitively identify areas that at the current moment are impacting how your energy flows, and assist in moving the energy with appropriate sounds. It is highly recommended to journal your healing journal, as part of your self discovery; but not necessary.
Each sound bath ends with 10 minutes of silence before being guided back to a seated position. It allows safe grounds to mend
what has been disrupted. It allows for time to integrate the practice, thus regulating the senses. Crystal does allow a few minutes at the end of the session to discuss the experience/hold space should you wish.
