Your first appointment is all about getting to know you! We will discuss your health history to gather detailed information about your current and past health concerns. Please bring a list of all current medications and supplements that you are taking, including the dosage. Copies of recent lab work and imaging results are important to bring with you if you have access to them. We will also discuss your health goals, and begin working together to develop a comprehensive treatment plan for future visits.
