At your follow-up appointment you can expect a combination of education, manual therapy, exercise progression and possible introduction to our gym.
All of your sessions will be One on One with your Physiotherapist in private treatment rooms.
Please Note: returning clients should schedule an Initial Assessment Appointment if it has been at least 3 months since your last appointment, or if you’re experiencing a new issue/injury that your practitioner wasn't treating before.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
