This Alberta Health Services funded program is available to children or adults who have had a total or partial hip replacement within the last 12 weeks.
No referral is needed.
Program coordinators may approve funding for care that is initiated later than 12 weeks, but must be pre-approved by our billing administrator. Please contact Andrea Vickers at 403-679-7179 for more information.
Please be sure to bring all available documentation (i.e. prescription for physiotherapy, post-surgical protocol etc.) relevant to your injury to your first appointment.
Your physiotherapist may request your permission to obtain relevant medical reports from other health care providers during your appointment.
