This session is for a 60 minute physiotherapy session for Jennifer Alexander's clients with the Physiotherapy Assistant where pilates is used as the modality. You must have completed a “Physiotherapy Physio Initial Assessment” with the physiotherapist prior to booking this session. Pilates may include use of the reformer, the tower, the pedal chair and/or mat exercises.
