This appointment is for all new clients or those who have not attended an appointment within the past year. Your assessment will be completed by one of our Senior Pelvic Physiotherapists, who will take the time to thoroughly understand your concerns, complete a comprehensive assessment, and develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to your goals.
To help ensure consistent progress and timely care, we strongly recommend booking two follow-up appointments with the same practitioner following your assessment. As your symptoms improve and your treatment plan progresses, appointments may be transitioned to our orthopaedic program.

Most of this first physiotherapy visit is spent figuring out what’s driving the problem — history, movement, strength and hands-on testing — then some treatment if there’s time, and you leave with a clearer picture and a plan for what comes next.
