Adult Assessment
In this thorough individualized appointment the Nurse Practitioner will address current or new health concerns and/or medications, provide education and treatment plan. A nurse practitioner (NP) is a registered nurse with advanced education who provides personalized, quality health care to patients and families. NPs can diagnose, treat, and prescribe necessary medications. NPs can also order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging and refer to specialist if required. Appointment is NOT covered under Alberta Health and we are unable to direct bill insurance for this service. We encourage you to check your plans coverage.
