Individual Youth Counselling Session
Accepting youth 9 years and older. Cora is in the transition period to Canadian Certified Counsellor and then to a Provisional Psychologist. These appointments cannot be direct billed, inquire with your Health Benefit company about coverage.
A Counsellor can assist in resolving problematic behaviours, beliefs, feelings, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses (sensations in the body). Through therapy, you can change self-destructive behaviours and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve quality of life and relationships, and more.
Initial Session: Meet with counsellor to discuss presenting concerns, compatibility, and goals within therapy.

You spend most of the hour talking through what’s been happening, what’s hard at home or school, and what support feels realistic — with the counsellor watching how you or your child responds, asking careful questions, and ending with a simple next-step plan.
