Golf Swing Analysis - Appointment (Axx)
A Golf Swing Analysis evaluates golfers of all levels for physical limitations which can inhibit swing efficiency, durability, and your golf game overall. Using the TPI Physical Screen as a baseline, we look at your Body-Swing Connection to see where you can focus your training to become a better golfer and have more fun on the course. You will leave with increased knowledge of how your body moves as well as a home exercise program to optimize your game. This appointment is led by a Registered Physiotherapist who is Certified Golf Expert Level 1 & 2 by the Titleist Performance Institute and can be billed to your extended benefits, if applicable.
Please note, you do NOT need your clubs for this assessment. Your TPI Certified Golf Physiotherapist will take you through a research-backed assessment of the biomechanics and movements required to optimize your golf swing.

Most of this first kinesiology visit is spent figuring out how you move and where things break down — history, posture, mobility, strength and movement testing — then turning that into a few targeted exercises, coaching on form, and a plan you leave with.
