Come with a fresh face, your favourite facial serum and your yoga mat. We will guide you through your new self care ritual of facial Gua Sha in the sunshine on our rooftop patio.
We will talk about the history of gua sha, what it's good for and how to use the tool most effectively and properly. Starting with some mindfulness, we will be going through the Gua Sha routine together so that you have a feel for how to do it yourself and have access to us for all your questions. We will spend a little time with each of you one on one if you have any additional questions or concerns you want to discuss or explore with us.
