With all of the energy from the cosmos now is a powerful time to get clear guidance on our goals, dreams and inspirations. Spring is the perfect alignment with coming out of hibernation to begin to set intentions for our way forward.
The purpose of the workshop will be to hold space to come together in community and create uplifting connections while crafting a vision for how we want to navigate the next stage of our lives be it short or long term in a beautiful serene setting with an affordable price tag.
Vision boards are a wonderful tool for activating your creativity, moving out of logical thinking into the realm of imagination and intuition. If you can imagine it, you can create it. Many powerful people have attested to using vision boards: Oprah, Katy Perry, Jim Carrey, and Beyonce (to name a few).
A vision board is a tool that we can use to focus and direct our energy into what we wish to either let go of, affirm for ourselves or call in for our future. It holds us accountable to our own growth and gives us confidence and discipline to move towards our goals. At the same time, the ritual of creating our boards allows us to engage with our inner child and foster a dialogue between our subconscious and higher self in a setting that is upbeat, fun and safe.
Too often we get caught up in the grind or logic of life- the hustle of it all that we forget how much power comes from playing with life, getting imaginative and curious about our own vision for what life can be. Who we can become. I am so excited about the energy these workshops build and would love to see these moved into areas working with youth, or non-profits. There is so much beautiful empowerment that can come from community connections and art.
What you can expect:
~Opening introductions and share circle
~Short talk on why we utilize vision boards, manifesting and releasing
~Vision board creation (all supplies will be provided)
~Optional share circle on our boards and sharing our vision
~Closing circle and gratitude.
