Compassionately led with evidence based information, this class covers all the essentials of newborn care: feeding options, managing expectations around sleep, reading baby's cues, postpartum emotional well-being, and real talk about adjusting to life with baby. Our goal is to answer all your big questions, and leave you feeling informed, supported and less alone in the beautiful chaos of new parenthood.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
