Throughout the process we will clearly identify WHAT challenges you and your Littles are experiencing, and WHY they are happening so we can pick and choose strategies that are specific to why the behaviour and big feelings are happening!

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
