Follow-Up Visit (45–60 minutes)
A follow-up visit with Lana allows you to:
Check in on progress since your initial visit.
Refine positioning and latch for greater comfort.
Discuss pumping schedules, bottle feeding strategies, or easing challenges as they arise.
Receive continued encouragement and resources tailored to your family’s needs.
Follow-ups are designed to keep you supported as your baby grows, ensuring you feel confident and connected through your feeding journey.
If deeper medical assessment is needed, you will be referred to an IBCLC partner for specialized care.
Investment: $75
Please note: Lana is also a practicing birth doula and actively attends births. From time to time, appointments may need to be rescheduled.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what has shifted since last time and working on it in real time — making sense of patterns, practising ways to respond differently, and staying with difficult thoughts or feelings — so you leave with a clearer thread to pick up between sessions.
