Born and raised in Strathmore, Alberta, I am proud to be a fourth-generation resident of this the Strathmore community. As a Registered Psychologist, I specialize in supporting children, youth, and parents as they navigate a variety of emotional and behavioural challenges.
With extensive experience working with children, adults, and individuals with special needs, I use an integrative therapy approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, and Art Therapy. My passion lies in providing early interventions for children and youth, setting the foundation for them to thrive in adulthood. These interventions help address common issues such as depression, anxiety, family conflict, behavioural concerns, stress management, self-esteem, grief, and adjustment to divorce.

As part of their Master’s-level training in Counselling Psychology, Student Therapists use evidence-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed approaches tailored to the client’s needs and goals.
