This is a conversation—not a commitment—and the goal is to see if we would make a good birthing team. Sometimes the fit isn’t ideal, and that’s okay. What matters most is that you feel supported and confident with the people who surround you during this important time. In our discussion, we’ll explore what you’re envisioning for your birth plan, what kind of support you’re looking for, and how a doula can be part of that journey. Birth doulas do not deliver babies; rather, we provide continuous emotional and physical support before, during, and after birth. We also offer reliable information and recommendations, helping you feel informed and empowered in your choices. This meeting is an opportunity to ask questions, share your thoughts, and get a sense of what it might be like to work together. My role is to hold space for your unique journey, to listen, and to ensure you feel seen and supported as you prepare to welcome your baby.
