An all-levels, all-inclusive class focusing on foundational sequences and postures within the warrior series. We move through breath work, warm up and the stages of various poses at a pace that is appropriate for the practitioner. We use props such as yoga blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters. In the spirit of SMOE, we incorporate some form of mindful meditation, mantra and of course, great music to take us through our time together. All are welcome!
