If you or your child has high activity levels, attention struggles, and are always in “go mode”, this workshop is for you! Learn about the difference between your “fight or flight” and “rest and digest” systems. When a nervous system is stuck in stress or overdrive, it can show up as impulsivity, big emotions, difficulty focusing, or always needing to move. By supporting healthy communication between the brain and body, we aim to create more balance between alertness and calm. When that balance improves, we often experience better focus, smoother behavior, and an increased ability to self regulate. Whether you’re looking to channel your inner calm or learn more about your kiddos- this class is for you! We will discuss tangible tips of things you can do at home to support a healthy nervous system and explore the role of chiropractic!
