Sept-Nov Thursday Clinical Pilates Class with Ashley

This is a physiotherapy class series. You must have a physiotherapy assessment at Flow prior to class participation. The class series will be billed up front to secure your spot in the program and you will receive a weekly invoice to submit to insurance for reimbursement. This small group Clinical Pilates class is taught by Ashley Endicott, certified Pilates Instructor, PTA & Registered Kinesiologist and supervised by Danielle Ufniak, Physiotherapist and certified Pilates Instructor. It is beneficial for those with issues surrounding their spine, hips, posture, or chronic movement or pain restrictions or those who wish to strengthen their core and posture and move better through life! This class may be submitted through extended health benefits through Physiotherapy for Danielle's patients, as it has rehabilitative benefits for participants.

Most of the appointment is spent figuring out what your body can and can’t do — talking through the pattern of the problem, then checking movement, strength, balance and specific tests — with some hands-on treatment or exercise coaching and a plan to take away.
