Non-clinical Soul Coaching sessions are focused primarily on deep exploration of the client’s spiritual beliefs; identifying
any spiritual traumatic experiences; searching for soul purpose; and providing guidance for spiritual growth and maturation of the psyche. Nikki supports clients to lean into the history of faith in their story, to come to understand
how their world view is shaped, and to author their own traditions and beliefs that align with their authentic Soul Work.
Sessions are unique to each client and their traditions, and may include tailored ceremony and ritual support, sacred artmaking, Reiki and drum energetic healing, shadow work, and/or guided spiritual journeys and meditations.

Most of the hour is spent talking through what’s been happening, how you’ve been reacting, and what patterns keep showing up — your counsellor asks questions, reflects things back, and helps you put words to it — so you leave with a clearer sense of what came up and what to keep noticing between sessions.
