This appointment applies to anyone seeking a consultation to determine treatment interventions that may be useful for their circumstances. This is also an option for individuals who have a therapist but are looking for fresh eyes or specialized consultations on their concerns. Determining a good fit including availability for ongoing counselling between client and practitioner is key. New potential clients need to do an initial intake with reception prior to being booked. Due to long wait times, a full session fee applies to no shows and late cancellations (24 hrs) link for call will be sent 1 hour before appt

Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
