This session is 60 minutes long with the therapist over video or phone platform. The last 10 minutes of the session is reserved for rebooking and payment. Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.
