Walk and Talk therapy is a form of psychotherapy that incorporates walking outdoors for nature assisted therapy while talking about issues and problem solving with your therapist during bilateral movement. It encourages a client to be more physically active for mental and physical reasons. Practicing mindfulness while in the outdoors enriches therapy outside of the traditional clinic setting can often be difficult to process emotions while sitting still for long periods of time. The result which has a positive impact on reducing anxiety, depression, pain, stress, intrusive thoughts, rumination, anger is an easy way to incorporate movement in to ones daily routine. Proceeds go to Bina's ongoing care and needs.

I am excited to partner with Kayla of HappyMoonYogi to bring the community a youth yoga and emotional regulation class! This class is a fun and relaxing class to help regulate and balance the body and mind. Participants will also learn valuable emotional regulation skills. This class is for ages 12-17 and written parent/guardian permission will be needed to participate. Please bring a water and mat/yoga mat if you have one. Kayla will also be teaching us how to make intention ornaments for the season! We can't wait to move with you!
