This one on one appointment is for new clients. New clients will spend a total of 60 minutes in session with the therapist to allow for rebooking and payment in final 10 minutes. Book directly online, email courtney.materi@hotmail.ca, or call reception to book at 403-527-5911.

What it is
Most of this first counselling visit is spent talking through what has been happening, how long it has been weighing on you, and what feels hardest right now — with the rest on clarifying patterns, goals, and boundaries so you leave knowing how the work together could be structured.

- Feeling overwhelmed and needing somewhere to start
- A difficult period that keeps spilling over
- Wanting to talk things through with someone
