Assessment (Report): Multiple Support Areas

This assessment includes a comprehensive report and is geared towards children & youth experiencing difficulty in a multiple domains. Some areas could include executive functioning and impulse control, gross motor and core stability, handwriting & fine motor, picky eating, sensory & emotional regulation, self-care (toileting, feeding, dressing, etc.), and social communication. Reports can be expected typically within 3 weeks following the assessment date.
