Lego Therapy is an evidenced based group program designed to aid, teach and promote social communication skills. This program consists of a total of 6 sessions (one session weekly for 6 weeks).
Lego Therapy can:
- Support emotional regulation difficulties.
- Promote shared problem solving, creativity & perseverance.
- Support the development of turn taking skills.
- Support the development of fine motor skills.
- Be a fun way to learn and meet new friends!

Most of the appointment is spent breaking down the everyday tasks that are getting in the way — talking through routines at home, work or school and trying movements, setups or tools in real time — and you leave with practical strategies or equipment ideas to use day to day.
