This assessment is for new clients experiencing mental health challenges that do not require a written report.
This assessment is 65 minutes in duration and consists of direct observation, discussion regarding the identified concerns, recommendations from the assessment, and treatment planning, if needed.
No report or written summary will be provided. However, if written recommendations are requested instead of verbal, a Summary Report can be added. Please contact us for further details.

What it is
Most of the visit is you talking through what’s getting in the way, then doing practical tasks, movement checks and problem-solving around daily activities — you leave with a clearer picture of what to work on and a plan for next steps.
