This assessment is for new clients that do not require a written report.
This assessment is 65 minutes in duration and consists of direct observation, discussion regarding the identified concerns, recommendations from the assessment, and treatment planning, if needed.
No report or written summary will be provided. However, if written recommendations are requested instead of verbal, a Recommendations Summary Report can be added. Please contact us for further details.
