If your main goal is to de-stress this is the treatment for you! Can be full body or focused and as a deep tissue treatment uses firm pressure. Your therapist will use general Swedish massage incorporating long strokes and rhythmic kneading. An hour of pure bliss.
General Relaxation Massage is not considered therapeutic and therefore will not be covered under health insurance plans. We will however require a therapeutic intake form to screen you for possible health concerns.
