This 60 Min treatment Is designed to release deep tension in the deep layers of your muscular system with the application of forearm, fist and elbow pressure to the client. Possible side effects of deep tissue massage could be bruising to the superficial layer of the body and may leave a feeling of tenderness known as kick back pain. Please do not book in for this treatment if you are not in optimal health.
Registered Massage Therapy is an outcome based treatment. Your RMT will work with you to create a treatment plan based on your unique assessment and goals.
Consult, intake, assessment and charting time will vary by appointment and is included in every therapeutic treatment. This is included in your reserved appointment time. Therefore the time reserved for your treatment will not be solely hands-on.
