Kiley was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan. Following graduation from high school she attended Montana State University where she completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. Upon graduation, Kiley became certified as an Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. The lure of the mountains and sports that were readily available fit well with her athletic pursuits kept her in Montana for 7 years before returning to Saskatchewan. A mother of 2 beautiful girls, owner of Stapleford Health and Rehab Clinic, athletic dabbler who has with a life long passion of helping others find their "best self". Her experience spans over 30 years of dedication to a wide range of clients of all ages from professional athletes to those struggling with orthopaedic injuries. Kiley is committed to maintaining current with the needs of her clients by ever evolving personally and professionally by continuing to learn as she “grows up”.

Bone Care Strength (Women’s) is a 60-minute, coach-led strength session designed to support bone density, prevent osteoporosis, and build lean, functional muscle in a safe, supportive environment. Focused on controlled, weight-bearing exercises like squats, hinges, presses, rows, and loaded carries, this class emphasizes progressive loading, proper technique, balance training, and joint-friendly mobility to promote stronger bones, improved stability, and confident movement in everyday life.
Cardio & Correctives is a focused class blending corrective exercise, mobility work, and targeted stability training with an invigorating cardio component. Designed for clients in Prehab or anyone seeking injury prevention, the class emphasizes safe, progressive movement patterns that restore function and reduce pain. Each session pairs joint-friendly cardio circuits with mobility drills and stability challenges to improve range of motion, core control, and movement efficiency. Exercises are scaled for all fitness levels with clear progressions and regressions, so you get results without risking setbacks. Our certified instructors cue smart mechanics, monitor form, and provide hands-on adjustments when needed. Expect low-impact intervals, controlled strength work, and restorative mobility to enhance daily performance and sports readiness. The format builds cardiovascular fitness while prioritizing joint health and neuromuscular control.

RMR testing is used to determine an individual's caloric needs, aiding in weight management, nutrition planning, and fitness program design.

VO2 testing measures the maximum amount of oxygen you body can utilize during intense exercise, serving as a key indicator of aerobic fitness. The test typically involved a graded exercise protocol on a treadmill or stationary bike -where intensity gradually increases while monitoring heart rate, oxygen consumption. Participants wear a mask connected to an analyzer that accurately captures and analyzes oxygen consumption. Results will be tailored into a report with accurate heart rate zone training.
