compassionate, filled with kindness, validation, and radical acceptance, while also
modelling healthy boundaries and secure self attachment. Acting as Guide, I am
honored to be a part of your journey in finding the holistic health that is right for your
unique Spirit”.

***Please check with your benefits provider to see if this service is covered*** Formalized art therapy, utilizing a variety of creative expressions as a method of communication in counselling. Clients drawn to art therapy counselling have often found verbal therapies inadequate in the past and may benefit from therapy that helps them bypass inner talk that monitors and judges verbal expression. They also may be individuals that would benefit from being able to access, express, and release stored emotions and somatic experiences that do not have words. Absolutely no art experience is required; you cannot do the art wrong in art therapy, as it focuses upon expression, rather than product or technique.

Mental health therapists offer virtual discovery appointments as a way to empower clients in determining if a prospective therapist is a good fit for them. During this free, 15-minute telehealth appointment, clients are able to briefly share their concerns, needs, and goals, and ask questions about therapeutic approach(es), treatment modalities, and practical matters, such as session fees and insurance coverage. Since relationship is the foundation for making meaningful change, the discovery appointment gives clients the opportunity to briefly experience the therapeutic relationship and imagine/experience what it may be like to work with a mental health therapist. The mental health therapist may also make recommendations or provide a referral to another provider if they believe the client's needs would be better served by another mental health therapist. You will receive a link to your telehealth appointment and your provider will join you virtually at your scheduled time!
