Your therapist will carefully review your health history form and have a thoughtful conversation with you about any concerns or goals you'd like to address. Sacha will use a goal-oriented, therapeutic approach while incorporating traditional reflexology and aromatherapy techniques. A gentle pressure is applied to specific spots on the feet in a rhythmic massaging motion. In theory, reflexology works very much like acupressure or acupuncture. Aromatherapy may include an ambient or topical application. The treatment ends with the application of hot towels and oil.
